British Columbia Wildlife Park - Short Review

BC Wildlife Park is a not for profit wildlife centre just a 10 minute drive from Kamloops. The park is open from 9.30am to 5pm daily.

This is a small park with a good selection of wildlife found in British Columbia. Allow for a couple of hours to explore the park and catch a couple of the daily shows.

The park has a gift shop and cafe located at the entrance.

The park has a miniature train that was closed when we visited. The entrance to a hiking trail to Dipper Falls is located at the top of the park.

The highlight for me was how close you can get to the Grizzly Bears.

All in all a good little park that will get you up close to some of the local wildlife.
